SHIPPING, RETURNS & REPAIRS

All items are shipped via a tracked postal service and require a signature for delivery.

Any unused full-price merchandise purchased from rnelson.co.uk may be returned for a full refund exclusive of shipping if received within 14 days of the shipment's delivery date. I.e Customer's have 14 days from the date the shipment is available to request a return and return the unwanted item.

All returns must be requested by contacting info@rnelson.co.uk prior to return shipment. Items sent for return or exchange must be in original condition, unused with all tags in place. Please ensure returned items are packaged safely in either the original shipping box or a comparable carton. R.NELSON retains the right to deny returns on merchandise that is not received in sellable condition.

We cannot accept returns which are damaged or lost in transit or that are requested outside of the 14 days return policy.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of faulty merchandise. When refunds are issued they will be applied to the original purchaser via the same method that payment was received, minus original shipping costs.

Exchanges can be requested within the 14 day timeframe.

To request an exchange of a non-bespoke item, please contact us at info@rnelson.co.uk.

R.NELSON is unable to refund any customs or duties incurred on items shipped outside the United Kingdom.

 Bespoke items cannot be exchanged or returned.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

R.NELSON strives to provide the highest quality product possible. Items are considered faulty where a quality or production flaw occurs within 1 year of purchase. Please inspect your product carefully. We will make reasonable repairs on items purchased from rnelson.co.uk for up to one year from date of purchase. Please address repair inquiries to info@rnelson.co.uk.

Please note that we reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.
