SHIPPING
R.NELSON ships worldwide. Each item is sent with tracking and requires a signature for delivery. Customers will receive an email notification of their order confirmation, as well as tracking information and a despatch email once the item is in transit.
Many items in our store, are made to order, therefore please check the description box when purchasing, for production times.
All products are shipped from London, UK.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International packages may incur local taxes or custom fees, which are the shipper's responsibility.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES*
UK – 2-4 working days once posted.
Europe – 5-10 working days once posted.
Rest of the world – 7-28 working days once posted.
RETURNS
Any unused, full-price merchandise purchased from R.NELSON may be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping costs, if received 30 days from the shipment's completion date.
Customer's have 14 days from the date of delivery completion, to request a return.
All returns must be requested by contacting info@rnelson.co.uk prior to return shipment. Items sent for return or exchange must be in original condition, unused with all tags in place. Please ensure returned items are packaged safely in either the original shipping box or a comparable carton. R.NELSON retains the right to deny returns on merchandise that is not received in sellable condition.
We cannot accept returns which are damaged or lost in transit or that are requested outside of the 14 day return policy.
Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of faulty merchandise.
To request an exchange of a non-bespoke item, please contact us at info@rnelson.co.uk.
R.NELSON is unable to refund any customs or duties incurred on items shipped outside the United Kingdom.
Bespoke items cannot be exchanged or returned.
REPAIRS
R.NELSON strives to provide the highest quality product. Items are considered faulty, when a production flaw occurs within 1 year of purchase.
Please follow the care instructions carefully, given for each, individual item. Failure to follow such instructions, are not the responsibility of R.NELSON.
We will accept reasonable, repair requests on items purchased from R.NELSON. Repairs are free of charge, however the customer must cover the price of delivery, using an appropriate postal service.
